Client Guide
Outlined below is general info regarding domestic tattoo appointment bookings. To secure and reserve your appointment, please follow the steps detailed below in the Booking Process.
Step 1: Consultation
This conversation allows for a detailed discussion of your vision and the creative path of your piece. Furthermore, it creates an opportunity for the artist and potential client to determine compatibility and scope of work. Consultations can be arranged for meetings in person or over the phone and generally last between 20 and 30 minutes. Clients are permitted to send reference imagery prior to consultations, but it is not required. Daniel encourages clients to think more about the meaning and inspiration behind their tattoo as opposed to specific images.
Step 2: Deposit
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required and can be made via Venmo or Zelle.
*Please note that appointments are secured only once your deposit is received. Also, for clients booking multiple appointments, each session requires its own deposit. Deposits go toward the final cost of each appointment and are non-refundable.
Step 3: Scheduling
After your deposit is confirmed via email, we will work together to schedule your tattoo session. My current availability is Tues-Sat, with appointments beginning at 11:00am.
Booking options:
Half-day session
Half day sessions are generally from 11am - 4:00pm.
*Please note, while half day sessions are shorter than full day commitments, we recommend keeping your schedule adaptable on the day of your appointment. Daniel may extend the session beyond the usual timeframe to guarantee the utmost quality of his work.

Full-day session
*When selecting your date(s), please be aware that full day sessions are a significant time commitment, lasting between 8 to 14 hours. This span encompasses both the tattooing process and the essential preparatory work, including designing the tattoo and ensuring its precise placement on the body. The total duration can vary due to the unique nature of each piece, differences in skin types, and other factors beyond Daniel’s control, all contributing to the time required to achieve the best result.
Step 4: Confirmation
Once a deposit and appointment date are confirmed, you will receive a Google calendar invite for your scheduled date, and the booking process will be complete. You will also receive a confirmation email containing specific details about your session.
